EstateSaleFinder LLC (“we”) operates Sell My Stuff For Me at sellmystuffforme.com. This policy explains what we collect and why. The Terms of Service govern use of the Service.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and optional profile photo.
• Household requests: ZIP, city, item descriptions, categories, and messages you send a seller.
• Seller profiles: shop name, bio, specialties, platforms, commission, service area, and similar listing details.
• Usage: pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location from IP, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Payment for seller subscriptions is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run the directory, match households with sellers, show profiles, communicate about your account, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use household item photos or descriptions to train public AI models.

Who we share with

• Other users, as needed for the product (a seller sees a request you send them; the public sees a seller profile you publish).
• Vendors who host the site, send email, process listing fees, or provide analytics — only to do that job.
• Law enforcement or others if we believe we must by law, or to protect people or the Service.
• A buyer of EstateSaleFinder LLC, if the company is sold, under the same kinds of limits.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; some features will not work.

Retention and security

We keep account and listing data while your account is open and for a reasonable period after, unless we must keep it longer (for example, a dispute or legal duty). We use reasonable technical measures; no method is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can update profile information in the app. To download or delete your account data, email estatesalefinderai@gmail.com. We may keep limited records as required by law. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those words are used in California law — we do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood. Email us to exercise those rights.

Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
